Deliveries to the venue on or up to 2 business days before this date. Please see shipping details & send tracking number over to Charlotte once shipped
 
Monday, April 24th | Deadline for: 
Collection of all materials from the venue. Please ensure this is scheduled pre-event.
 
Tuesday, April 25th
Final Attendee List to be distributed to sponsors.

Exhibit Information

The standard space-only stand package includes the following:
  • 8 x 10ft exhibit space
  • 1 x Rectangular Table 
  • 2 x Conference Chairs
  • 1 x Power Socket Access - please bring an extension cable.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
If there are specific requests for tabletop set up, we will do our best to accommodate. Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 10 feet in height.
 
 
 
 
 

Shipping Information

Please refer to the shipping information form above for full shipping details.
Items can be sent to the venue up to 2 days before the event, from Tuesday 18th April, and must arrive between 8:00am and 4:00pm.  
 
Any items you wish to send to the venue should be clearly labelled. Please use the below format:

Timings

Setup

Thursday, April 20

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up           from 6:30 am.

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00 am.

Breakdown

Friday, April 21

Exhibitors can start breaking down their stand from 3:00pm on the Friday and must vacate their stand by 4:30pm. Please note, exhibitors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own booths.
